You must have a fully completed profile along with an image or your senshi. You are able to update either or these at any time.
Your user name and contact information is mandatory in the instant that the maintainer or arbiters need to contact you. This information will not be made public unless specified.
All submissions will be subject to approval by the Index staff. If there is any evidence of plagarism your senshi will come under suspicion and severe scrutiny. We understand that in the wide web several characters will have some similarities, but if there is grounds for plagarism or theft then you and your senshi will be blacklisted.
If the image you are using was made by someone other than yourself, credit is mandatory.
Please no image files greater than 200kb.
When submitting a profile you must label the email as Otaku Senshi Index Submission and the keyword will be starlight. This assures me that you have read these guidelines and agree with them.
Profiles must be sent in as htm, html, or doc files. Image files must be sent in as jpg, gif, or png files.
