I have no idea where I found that word, but the Arbiters are here to assist me in the submission of otaku senshi to the index. They will make sure all the submission guidelines are met and will review your profile for the index. Now, it isn't an in depth review. They'll be doing spell checking, grammar, and double checking for otaku plagarism and theft.
